Are You Ready To Be A Champion?

Are you ready to be a champion for God? If so, courage must be added to your faith; courage to admit need, courage to change, courage to make difficult decisions and courage to hold convictions. Success is not usually based on the ability to say yes, but on the ability to say no.

Courage must be directed by knowledge. You must know what is right in order to know what to resist and what to yield to. Life is composed of our choices and constructed by our words. A common error is to judge others by what they do and ourselves by our intentions. Champions know the only thing that counts is what we do and not what we intend to do.

The devil wants to put us in bondage, but God quickens us. He plants creative ideas in our minds. He places His desires in our hearts. And then he fulfills His will by enabling us to realize those dreams. We need to live for Godly-given dreams, divinely inspired desires, but die to the pride, fear and the vain things of the world and the flesh.

Wimps are afraid that it might hurt, but there is a biblical principal that even the world recognizes - No pain, no gain. The reason some do not have
victory is that they are willing to settle for a truce. Truth and honesty are the heart of integrity. Your personal integrity is the cornerstone of your character. Maturity doesn't come with age; it comes with the acceptance of responsibility. The reason wimps don't have more is that they settle for less.

Champions are not those who never fail, they are those who never quit.
Champions are the right people in the right place at the right time.
Champions are made, not born.

God has an eternal clock which was started from the beginning of time to make you become a champion for Him. Don't waste another day. The image of a champion is within you. Let today be your "Day One."
